Next working day delivery will be suspended during strike days and can be subject to delay after this date.

If this strike action goes ahead there will likely be some delays in delivery. We ask customers to please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

  • Order by 12 noon Mon/Fri for same day dispatch.

Delivery time varys between 1 - 2 Days ( However may take longer during peak periods )

  • Delivery cost is flat rate, buy as much as you want and only pay 1 postage fee of £3.99

Next Day Delivery by 1pm.

  • Select special delivery at the checkout for next day delivery guaranteed. This service is available Mon-Thu on orders received by 12 noon. Order placed on Fridays May not be delivered until Monday.
  • Next day delivery starts at £5.99

Backflow Burner Information

For best effects, burn indoors in an area away from sudden air movements. Please note that it is normal for a light oily residue to appear on the oil burner after burning. For this reason, we recommend protecting any furniture it is placed upon suitably. The residue can be easily wiped off the burner with a damp cloth. Please exercise caution when burning incense. Only backflow incense cones should be used with this product – standard incense cones will not create the desired effect. It is usual for cones to take up to 10 minutes after being lit to start making the smoking/mist effect.
